VIBEFEST is a new exciting festival taking place on Saturday 25th July 2020 at the Royal Bath & West Showground in Shepton Mallet, Somerset, home to some of the most popular and successful events on the music festival calendar. We are focused on bringing our revelers the best in Urban, Dance & Jungle Music along with some of the best funday entertainment a modern festival has to offer.
Our festival will play host to some internationally known and well established DJs, artists and performers in Hip-Hop, Drum & Bass, R&B, Grime, House, UK Garage, Bassline, Dubstep, Jungle, Reggae, Afrobeats, Dancehall and more. Complete with a star studded lineup, this event is going to make for an unforgettable experience.
Organised and promoted by London based promoters, each with an extensive history of successful events behind them, who will be working closely with Somerset local based brands and promoters to bring a new dynamic to the south west festival world. Merging the vibe of an old school London warehouse rave with the variety of the modern day festival.
Festival goers can expect to be kept entertained non-stop from the start till the last tune drops, with a wide range of live acts and DJs, across 3 arenas and a outdoor decked area, various other activities includes entertainment for the thrill seekers with a funfair fully equipped with traditional rides to delight adrenaline junkies.
For those of you that cant keep up with the fast paced non stop partying vibe, there will be a exclusive VIP chill out area for VIP ticket holders who will also benefit from priority entry, and full access to the vip area equipped with comfy seating, its own private bar, posh loos, Mobile Phone Charging Facilities and more.

Travel
By Train
Castle Cary train station is only 2 miles away from the Royal Bath & West Showground, however please do not attempt to walk from the station to the festival as the section of the A371 road leading up to the site does not have a footpath and can be very dangerous due to bendy roads and low street lighting.
By Coach
We have coaches leaving from Bath, Bournemouth, Bristol, Bruton, Cardiff, Frome, Glastonbury, Gloucester, London, Radstock, Salisbury, Shepton Mallet, Southampton Street, Swindon, Taunton, Trowbridge, Warminster and Weston-Super-Mare and more.
By Car
If you are planning to travel by car, insert BA4 6QN in your sat navigation, South Westbound.
By Foot

Cash Machines
Cash machine facilities are available onsite accepting all major credit / debit cards. However we advise you to bring enough cash for your stay at the event as we predict long waiting times which could impact on your fun, even potentially missing your favourite act(s)!
Age Restrictions
VibeFest is a 16+ event. Please bring ID with you as we will be operating a No Search No Entry policy you will also need I.D to buy alcohol as long as your over the age of 18.
Buying Alcohol On Site
On entry after we have checked your identification and confirmed that you are over 18 you will be issued with a distinctive wristband that allows you to purchase alcohol, however our bars will operate a random challenge 21 policy If you look under the age of 21, you will then be required to show your ID. Failure to do so will result in you being refused alcohol, and you will not be served!
Food & Drink
Food and drink will be sold on site. Strictly no food or drinks will be admitted on site. Please don’t bring any alcohol or glass containers/cans/bottles of any sort into venue.
Disability Access & Medication
There will be disability access throughout most of the festival, however please bare in mind weather conditions can make it a little difficult accessing some areas. If you need to bring medication with you, please bring a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable. Remember to tell your friends of any allergies you have.

• Umbrellas (large, small/folding umbrellas permitted)
Please ensure you have everything you need before entering.
Hotels & B&B’s
VibeFest is not a camping festival. If you are wanting to stay overnight locally we advise you book with one of our official recommended hotels.
Lost Something?
If you have lost your item(s) at Vibe Fest, please email us and we will get back to you within 14 days if it is found or handed in. Contact info@vibefestival.co.uk and label subject as “lost property”. Please clearly describe the item / items you have lost, including colour, size and brand name.
